1. Complete and submit this preliminary "Request Form" then send it in by either:
Fax to 313-885-5356 or
Email to admin@marieldesigns.com
2. We will review the information and contact your by Email and/or by Phone to finalize and confirm your request.
3. You will be given prices, completion dates sent to you by Email or Fax.
4. You should make changes at this point if needed and send the changes back to us for confirmation.
5. When "the customer" and "Mari El Associates" are both in agreement the Design Special Request work will begin.
6. We will be in contact with your through out the entire process to insure a favorable outcome.
7. All payment are completed online or by phone (depending on the designs and design agreement) or other options
may be necessary depending on the items ordered.
